Four questions – then you know which level to suggest
The test is a tool for the customer conversation. It does not replace an assessment of the house.

Four levels – choose by the customer’s problem
All four are PVC windows with triple glazing that open inward and need no painting. Click a level to see which problem it solves.
Arctic Line
Best when: The customer is driven by budget but wants to switch to new, tight triple-glazed windows. You order larger quantities per pallet, including typical standard sizes as stock items.
What it does for the customer: New triple-glazed windows as stock items – a clear choice when budget is the deciding factor.
Discuss before the purchase: There is no warm edge, so on cold days the customer may get a little condensation at the bottom of the glass. Say so openly in the quote. Uw is 1.0 and the frame 116 mm.
Lead time: 6–8 weeks + transport
Warranty: 5 years window / 2 years hardware
Purchase price: see Vincent or contact us
Uw applies to a reference window of 1230 × 1480 mm with triple glazing (Ug 0.5).
SQUARE+ by Venska
Best when: The customer lives in a timber or brick house and finds the windows too cold, dark or clumsy.
What it does for the customer: The slimmest frame in the range (107 mm) gives more glass in the same opening – approx. 5% more glass area than with 120 mm – and a warm edge reduces condensation at the bottom.
Discuss before the purchase: Two seals. If the customer wants three, mention level 3.
Lead time: 7 days after order approval + transport
Warranty: 5 years window / 2 years hardware, 10 years when installation is done and documented according to Installation 2.0
Purchase price: see Vincent or contact us
Uw applies to a reference window of 1230 × 1480 mm with triple glazing (Ug 0.5).
NEO
Best when: The customer is doing a larger window replacement and wants a higher level than SQUARE+.
What it does for the customer: Three seals and Uw 0.76, with a slim 110 mm frame.
Discuss before the purchase: The frame is 110 mm, that is, 3 mm wider than SQUARE+.
EDGE
Best when: The customer is building new, or converting to a passive or low-energy house, where energy efficiency matters most.
What it does for the customer: Lowest Uw in the range: 0.73, with three seals.
Discuss before the purchase: The frame is 114 mm. For an ordinary window replacement, level 2 or 3 is usually enough.
Lead time: 7 days after order approval + transport
Warranty: 5 years window / 2 years hardware
Purchase price: see Vincent or contact us
Uw applies to a reference window of 1230 × 1480 mm with triple glazing (Ug 0.5).
Slimmer frame, more light
Same opening, different frame width. Choose a system and see how much of the window becomes glass. Reference window 1230 × 1480 mm.
Yellow area = extra glass compared with 120 mm
Simplified calculation with the same frame all around. Approx. +5% is a relative increase in glass area, not percentage points. The difference looks small in millimeters but is noticeable as light in the room.
The window to scale, 1230 × 1480 mm. The white frame gets narrower and the glass grows. The dashed line shows a 120 mm frame.
Customer problem – which system?
Most people replace windows because something has started to bother them. Find the customer’s problem here and see what helps and from which level.
| Customer says | Why it happens | What helps | From level |
|---|---|---|---|
| “It’s drafty and cold by the window” | Cold air drops along the old glass, and air often leaks around the frame. | Triple glazing and new seals. Leaks around the frame are solved by the installation, not by the window. | 1plus correct installation |
| “There’s condensation at the bottom of the glass” | The edge of the glass is the coldest part of the window, especially with a metal spacer. | A warm edge keeps the edge warmer. Good ventilation indoors also matters. | 2 |
| “The rooms feel dark” | A wide frame takes space from the glass. | A slimmer frame gives more glass in the same opening: approx. 5% more with 107 mm than with 120 mm. | 2–3slimmest frame: 107 and 110 mm |
| “The windows should suit the house” | The shape of the window doesn’t always suit the style of the house. | Straight lines are available on levels 2, 3 and 4. Arctic Line has a classic PVC shape. | 2 |
| “The budget is limited” | The customer wants to keep costs down. | Arctic Line is a stock window ordered by the pallet. Just switching to new, tight triple-glazed windows is a big step up from old ones. Recommend that the customer spend money on good installation rather than on a higher level. | 1Arctic Line |
No window is better than its installation. Drafts, condensation in corners and moisture around the window openings often depend on how the window was fixed and sealed. Always discuss how the installation is done – see Installation 2.0 below.

Questions about the systems, prices or terms?
Contact usFive things to discuss with the customer when replacing windows
Customers often ask these questions only after the replacement. It’s better to discuss them before the purchase.
- 01
The window opens inward
Older windows often open outward. The customer needs to think about curtains, blinds and houseplants. The advantage: the outside is cleaned from the inside.
- 02
The frame can be narrower
New frames can be narrower than the old ones. Reveals and windowsills may need adjusting. State in the quote what is included.
- 03
Installation decides whether it’s drafty
Even a good window is drafty if it is fixed or sealed wrongly. Explain to the customer how the window is screwed in place and sealed.
- 04
What is included in the price?
Removal, disposal, reveals and windowsills. Give the customer a written price where everything is listed. Also check whether the customer qualifies for the ROT tax deduction in Sweden (ROT-avdrag) or Enova support in Norway.
- 05
Who does the customer call if something goes wrong?
The customer should know what the warranty covers, for how long and who is responsible. A clear answer before the purchase builds trust.
No window is better than its installation
That is why our partners follow a method we call Installation 2.0.
Warranty: SQUARE+ and NEO have a 10-year warranty when the installation follows the window manufacturer’s instructions and Installation 2.0, and is documented. Otherwise 5 years on the window and 2 years on the hardware apply. An installation that deviates from the manufacturer’s instructions can affect the warranty.
Frequently asked questions
You order larger quantities per pallet, including typical standard sizes as stock items. Production takes 6–8 weeks, and transport is extra. We confirm minimum order and pallet size at the first order.
We deliver through partners. You have the customer contact, the quote and the contract with the end customer.
It depends on the customer. The test above gives a suggestion. As a rule of thumb: Arctic Line when budget is the deciding factor, SQUARE+ when the customer wants a slim frame and warm edge, NEO when the customer wants three seals, and EDGE for new builds where energy efficiency matters most.
Usually not for a window replacement. EDGE has the lowest Uw (0.73) and is made for new builds where energy efficiency matters most, for example passive and low-energy houses. For a replacement, level 2 or 3 is usually enough. Good installation often makes a bigger difference than the choice between two good windows.
SQUARE+, NEO and EDGE are produced within 7 days after order approval. Arctic Line takes 6–8 weeks. Transport is extra. Get in touch for current delivery times to your location.
Arctic Line and EDGE: 5 years on the window and 2 years on the hardware. SQUARE+ and NEO: the same 5 / 2 years, and 10 years when installation is done and documented according to Installation 2.0.
The end customer contacts you, and you pass the case on to your contact person at Venska. We go through how this works with you when you become a partner.
Yes, we go through Installation 2.0 with your installers. Get in touch and we will tell you how.

It can happen on some cold, clear mornings. It means the heat stays inside, so the outer glass is cold. The condensation disappears when the sun and air warm the glass. Condensation between the panes, on the other hand, is a defect and should be reported as a warranty claim.
Yes. In a reference window of 1230 × 1480 mm the glass area is approx. 5% larger with SQUARE+ (107 mm) than with a 120 mm frame.
Yes, if the house has passive stack ventilation and the old windows leaked air, the indoor air can become more humid. Discuss ventilation with the customer, for example a trickle vent or a ventilation position, before the order is placed.
